Article 1 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between Knalnaarpotz and consumers (private customers).
By placing an order, the customer declares agreement with these terms.
Deviations are only valid if confirmed in writing or by email by Knalnaarpotz.

Article 2 – Offer and Conclusion of the Agreement
All offers on Knalnaarpotz’s website are non-binding. An agreement is concluded once Knalnaarpotz confirms the order by email.
Prices are displayed with the greatest care. Obvious errors or typographical mistakes do not bind Knalnaarpotz.
All prices include VAT (for deliveries within the EU) and exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise.

Article 3 – Payment
Payment can be made using the available payment methods, including:

advance bank transfer;
payment via PayPal or credit card;
other secure online payment options shown during checkout.
Orders are shipped only after full payment has been received.
For payments in foreign currencies, any bank fees or exchange rate differences are the customer’s responsibility.

Article 4 – Delivery and Retention of Title
Knalnaarpotz delivers worldwide. The expected delivery time is indicated during checkout.
If delivery is delayed or a product is (no longer) available, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. The customer may then cancel the order free of charge.
Until full payment is received, the product remains the property of Knalnaarpotz.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the product has been received.

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
The customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving any reason.
During this period, the customer may unpack and inspect the product as they would in a physical store, provided it is not used further.
To exercise this right, the customer can send an email to info@knalnaarpotz.nl stating the order number. Knalnaarpotz will then send return instructions and a withdrawal form.

After withdrawal, the product must be returned within 14 days in its original condition and, if reasonably possible, in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Knalnaarpotz will refund the full purchase amount (including standard shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (under Dutch law):

Products made to the customer’s specifications (custom or personalized items).
Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the seal is broken.
Electronic components that can no longer be verified as new due to use or installation.

Article 6 – Warranty and Conformity
Knalnaarpotz guarantees that delivered products comply with the agreement and the reasonable expectations of the customer.
In addition to the legal warranty, most products carry a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty.

The warranty does not apply in cases of:

damage caused by misuse or improper maintenance;
water damage or overloading;
normal wear and tear.
If a defect occurs within the warranty period, the customer must contact Knalnaarpotz via info@knalnaarpotz.nl. Knalnaarpotz will determine whether repair, replacement, or refund is appropriate.
The warranty on a repaired or replaced product continues until the end of the original warranty period.

Article 7 – Liability
Knalnaarpotz is not liable for indirect damages (such as consequential loss, loss of profit, or downtime), unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
Knalnaarpotz’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

Article 8 – Privacy
Knalnaarpotz processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation (GDPR).
The Privacy Policy specifies what data is collected, for what purpose, and how it is secured.

Article 9 – Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure (such as natural disasters, war, strikes, transport disruptions, or government measures), Knalnaarpotz has the right to suspend or cancel the execution of the agreement without being liable for damages.

Article 10 – Applicable Law and Disputes
All agreements between Knalnaarpotz and the customer are governed by Dutch law.
Disputes should preferably be resolved amicably.
If this is not possible, the dispute may be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands or, where legally required, to the court in the consumer’s country of residence.
